Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of CueFit 01 (the "App") provided by CG01. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

CueFit 01 is an interval timer and training alarm app with optional My Voice recordings and a one-time Pro unlock. The App does not require an account.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement and these Terms.

3. Purchases

Optional Pro features are sold as a non-consumable In-App Purchase via the App Store. Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s terms. Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

4. Health & Safety

CueFit 01 is a timing tool, not a medical device. Always exercise within your limits and consult a professional when needed. You are responsible for how you use the App during training.

5. Your Content

Voice recordings and presets you create remain yours. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any audio you record or import.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or use the App in any way that violates applicable law.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG01 is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
